Welcome to the Madhouse! 

Our belief is helping people in small to mid-sized businesses find simple solutions to manage their daily workload.  We believe in Organization, Simplification and Process Improvements.

We will not, however, come in and suggest all new systems (computer or otherwise) to make your business work.  There are a lot of businesses that run out of a 3 ring binder, and a paper-based system, and do it well.

Our goal is to review what you've got, assess what's working, and what might not be working so well. 

Our team consists of lovers of "gadgets", computers and computer programs that can make your life easier.  We’ve tried quite a few of them, and might be able to help you find the one that works for you. 

There are times we still use a small paper notebook and keep it handy.  We have the Ipod, the Net book and the Notebook, but by the time you pull them out to put down your idea -- the idea is “gone”.   Voice-enabled note-taking applications help, but that's not always possible if you’re somewhere that speaking out loud (much less to a gadget) is frowned upon.

The biggest challenge is organizing all of your information so that you can find it later.  This is what we love to do.  We’ll help you find a way to clean it up, and get it organized.

We will, however, see if there is anyway to reduce the clutter in your business life, and that usually means paper.  We're all drowning in it despite the electronics age.  We will suggest scanning options for anyone willing to listen.  There's a lot of ways to save our trees (or at least use them for heat, rather than throwing them away).

A complex computer program is not always the answer.  Simple solutions using everyday software can make your life easier, from managing your rolodex, to managing your inventory and billing.  We can work with you and your budget to help you make your business administration easier.
